User Agreement

This User Agreement sets the rules for using rialto.bet (the "Website"), which is run by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Operator", "we" or "us"). The Operator holds UK Gambling Commission licence number 057924-R-334666-006.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of it, you must stop using the Website.

Jurisdiction

This User Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or with your use of the Website, is governed by the law that applies to the Operator's licensed activities, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that protect you as a consumer.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved between you and the Operator will be referred to the courts or other bodies that have competent jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section affects any right you may have to refer a complaint to an alternative dispute resolution body or to the relevant regulator.

If any provision of this User Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
